Stu is a dynamic performer whose charisma and charm delight audiences at every turn. His smooth tone and signature phrasing create a sound that you won’t soon forget.

With a vocal style reminiscent of Sinatra, Tormé or Baker, Stu Mac brings to life the phrasing and tone with which the ‘Great American Songbook’ was meant to be sung. Stu is a dynamic performer who continues to play a variety of venues throughout Toronto and southern Ontario.

After receiving the ‘jazz vocalist of the year’ award while attending Humber College in 1998, Stu went on to record and release his debut album ‘In a moment’ in 2000. He has studied with jazz notables, such as Raneé Lee, and performed with a number of Canada’s jazz luminaries, including his Humber contemporary, Laila Biali.
