Food Vendors

Thank you for your interest in becoming a presenting food vendor at the TD Niagara Jazz Festival. We are still accepting vendor applications.  Space is limited so be sure to apply today!

There are 2 locations for food vendors during this year’s TD Niagara Jazz Festival.

FRIDAY, JULY 29th, 2016  (only 1 spot left!!!)

Set up time: 5pm to 6pm
Market hours: 6pm to 12am

Registration fee:  $150 (vendor keeps all token profits) OR Vendor keeps $2 per every $3 token sold.

SATURDAY, JULY 30th, 2016  (For NOTL Brick and Mortar restaurants only) 

Set up time: 9am to 10:45am
Market hours: 11am to 7pm
Saturday Location: ‘JAZZ IN THE PARK’ at SIMCOE PARK, Picton Street, Niagara on the Lake Google Map HERE

Vendors may register for one or both events.


***  Please note that the organizers of the TD Niagara Jazz Festival reserve the right to decline any vendor/exhibitor application that they feel does not fit the purpose or spirit of the festival.   Once you have registered, please await confirmation of your application before paying your vendor fee.  Thank you.  ***

Our Vendor Manager for the festival is Ashley Hoath-Murray. For general questions, please reach out to her directly.

Your spot in the festival program will be reviewed and confirmed only after we have the completed Special Event Food Vendor Requirements and Application form from the Niagara Region Public Health form (required of all vendors having food of any nature at their booths).

Please do not send this form directly to the Niagara Region Public Health Board.

*A few notes about the Niagara Region Public Health form:

  • Most of the form is information/regulations. You’ll just need to complete the final 2 pages, which ask things like the name of your business and the type of food you will have on site that day.
  • Please check the “Temporary Booth or BBQ” box on p.2 of the form
  • The most important requirement has to do with the hand wash station. Health regulations require that there is an adequate hand wash station at each booth. If you have questions about this requirement, please contact
