Cajun-style dinner prepared by local celebrity Niagara Chef Erik Peacock from Wellington Court with front row seating to the floating stage at Niagara’s Summer Mardi Gras!

$149 + HST (includes signature Mardi Gras cocktail)

Red beans and rice (2 versions,  both Gluten free, one Vegan and one full of hammy goodness) – 1 token

Award winning Bread Pudding with 40 Creek Whiskey sauce (or whoever is sponsoring the whiskey) – 1 or 2 tokens

Muffaleta sandwiches – price tbd

Jambalaya with shrimp, sausage and chicken – 2 tokens

Cajun shrimp – 2 tokens

Shrimp Boil ( Head-on Shrimp, smoked sausage,  baby potatoes and corn on the cob cooked in Old Bay seasoning and drizzled with melted butter) – price tbd
