ABOUT THE SHOW:
As Juliet lived for many years in Paris she has a deep connection with the French culture and this comes through as she vocalizes to the French classics with her French band: ‘Le Trio Parisien’.
Juliet and her band will transport you to the smokey jazz cafés of Paris with songs you’re sure to recognize: Edith Piaf, Charles Aznavour, Josephine Baker, Maurice Chevalier and more.
Sit back, relax and enjoy songs performed in both French and English as Juliet takes you on a trip to the original ‘City of Love’.
ABOUT THE BAND:
Le Trio Parisien’ is made up of accomplished Niagara musicians who share Juliet’s love for French music.

Juliet formed this band with Peter Shea in 2009 and they have just recently finished their first album recording: ‘C’est Si Bon’.
Juliet lived in Paris, France for 13 years (1987 – 2000) so she has a deep connection with the French culture and calls Paris her 2nd home. This connection comes through as she vocalizes to the French classics.
After having lived in France, Juliet moved to the Niagara region in 2002 when she was hired to perform as an actress and singer for the prestigious Shaw Festival. She did 2 seasons with Shaw and has made Niagara her home ever since. She loves the Niagara region and is proud to call it home.
ABOUT JULIET:
Juliet Dunn is a multi-faceted performer who resides in the Niagara region in Canada. She is originally from England, is half Jamaican, and grew up in Vancouver BC and Paris, France. CLICK HERE for Juliet’s Bio.
Le Trio Parisien – Bios
Peter Shea
Peter Shea graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in jazz performance and composition and has been performing as a drummer, pianist and vocalist for over 20 years. He has played many prestigious jazz festivals such as Montreal, Toronto, and has also played for musical theatre productions such as The Jersey Boys, and Tony and Tina’s Wedding. He has toured Canada and Europe with ‘Just for Laughs’ as a drummer and as a pianist, drummer and vocalist he has performed in many countries such as China, Brazil, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and more. He has also formed a duo with his musical partner and wife Juliet Dunn called ‘The Shea D Duo’ for which he does all of the arrangements.
Peter is the Musical Director of ‘Le Trio Parisien’ and has mastered all of the wonderful arrangements. He hopes that their music will ‘transport’ you to Paris.

Neva Tesolin
Neva Tesolin started classical piano training at the age of 7, and at 16 she began working as a solo pianist and teacher in the Niagara Region. Jamming and playing in bands taught her jazz and blues, and during her classical music training at Brock University she earned many awards. On piano and accordion she’s versatile in folk, blues, Cajun, country and Celtic music. Her influences and experiences have mixed down into a unique writing and playing style. A composer of classical suites, instrumentals and song, Neva currently performs and records with Stewed Roots, and as a side player on piano and accordion.

Adrian Juras
Residing in the Niagara Region of Ontario, Adrian has been working as a professional bassist for several years focusing a lot of his playing on Jazz, R&B, and Country. He has performed at many top venues in Canada and has been nationally broadcasted on CBC Radio 2. Adrian studied music at Mohawk College of Applied Arts.
