ETSY VENDOR APPLICATION

To be eligible for this market, you must have an Etsy shop.
ETSY MARKETPLACE – VENDOR CONTRACT
Table fee of $200 for both days
Each maker must be in attendance for the entire duration of the market. He/She is responsible for security in his/her space and agrees not to leave the space unattended. He/She agrees to follow the safety procedures and directions of Etsy Canada and Niagara Jazz Festival:
Set up time is between 9am to 10:45am each day. The market begins at 11am sharp and wraps at 6pm. If you don’t arrive by 10:45am each day you will risk forfeiting your space and your vendor fee – as well as causing us a heart attack. All vendors are responsible for the set up and break down of their tables. The vendor is responsible for bringing any necessary display equipment.
Table displays must be complete and ready for browsing no later than 10 minutes before the show. Displays are to remain set up until closing.
By participating in the Etsy Marketplace, all makers agree to exhibit their work at their own risk. The venue and craft show organizers will secure the building to the best of our ability but we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items and will not be held responsible for personal injury to the artist.
Includes 8’ table and 2 chairs. Your total available footprint is approximately 9’ wide by 4’ deep. Due to the size of our shows, side tables may not be permitted. Please send us an email to discuss your display concepts if you are concerned about spacing.
