Ingredients:
- 1 lb camelia Baby Lima Beans
- 1 lb pickled meat ( I am using pickled turkey necks)
- 10 cups of water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 tsp fresh Parsley
- Pinch of Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Creole/Cajun Seasoning to taste (optional)
- 1 stick of butter (optional)
