For the 4th annual TD Niagara Jazz Festival Flagship event we are proud to be featuring Chops n’ Soul with Niagara artist: Joel Parisien.
Chops Horns have leant their credibility and signature arrangements to some of the biggest artists in the world (The Police, Alicia Keys, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Christina Aguilera).
“Soul Joel” Parisien is a singer writer and producer with multiple Billboard© top-five singles under his belt.
